Winter Rates (Sept 16th- May 31st): $195/night plus tax. Two night minimum. Discount for three nights or more: $175/night plus tax.

Summer Rates (June 1st- Sept 15th): $220/night plus tax. Three night minimum. Discount for four nights or more: $200/night plus tax.

Check in @ 4pm, checkout @11am (can be flexible sometimes)

- Small dogs are welcome for an additional $20/per night per dog. Only non-aggressive, well behaved dogs please. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Be advised we have two large dogs on the property. They are friendly and free roaming.

-Rates are for two adults (and two children) Additional adults are $20/night per adult

- We require a $50 cleaning fee for shorter stays. Stays longer than 12 days will require a higher cleaning fee, We can discuss the fee amount at time of inquiry.

- Smoking is not allowed in the cabin.

- At check out, the balance for your balance is due. We accept cash or personal checks payable to Winterchill LLC.

We ask for a refundable deposit of $100 when your reservation is placed, this will confirm your reservation and hold your dates. It will be returned to you in full (provided there has been no damage to Winterchill property) when you pay your invoice.

After you have confirmed your dates with Susie, please fill out and submit the Deposit Agreement below.
